This retreat from 4.11. – 11.11.2017 is designed for yoga teachers that recently started teaching or for regular practitioners that want to become a teacher in the near future. Its a very important course for all the teachers that still have to find their way into the details of seeing the bodies, using their voice and language, creating a sensitivity in the adjustments, as well as finding new ways of how to create new inspiring classes.
Come and learn how to teach in a friendly, warm and loving environment without feeling any pressure.
Improve your teaching skills regarding the creativity of teaching and adjusting poses and how to use the language in your classes.
This will be a special time to enjoy, cultivate and deepen a full potential of your own practice and teachings away from the distractions of your every day habits.
Deep Yoga practice and teaching brings balance and big changes to your and into your students life.

This training is an immersion, created for you yoga practitioners, bodyworkers and individuals that would like to dive deeper into mindful ways of touch as well as becoming more conscious in the art of assisting and adjusting other bodys in their yogapractice.
Share a full week of inspiration, expansion and awakening awareness in November 2017 here in Portugal.
You will be accommodated in a comfortable villa with a pool and sea view in a picturesque mountain village called Malveira da Serra – nested in a paradise-like garden with a yoga tree-house and a sauna next to the pool on the slopes of the Serra de Sintra with a breath-taking view over the Atlantic coastal region. The south-facing location guarantees sun all day long!
The food consists of a welcome Dinner, organic breakfast and 3 vegetarian dinners, including soft drinks and fruits for free. The fully equipped kitchen is always at your disposal for preparing your favorite dishes with fresh ingredients from the nearby supermarket, as well there are some fine restaurants nearby.
Those who are still striving for more activities can choose from the numerous activities offered at our retreat, including mountain biking, surfing, hiking, kayaking, etc. and explore the numerous nearby beaches and Serra de Sintra natural reserve.

Yoga food is vegetarian.
Yoga believes that food not only influences your body in the physical sense but is also known to directly influence emotions and feelings. It can induce bliss or anger, contentment or restlessness, thoughts of the sacred or the profane. The quality of the food you eat literally creates your state of mind and emotions. The teachings of yoga advocate a vegetarian diet with special emphasis on foods that bring peace to body, mind, and sprit.
The right amount of food cannot be quantified into cups or grams, when we listen to our body attentively we will know when exactly to stop.
Why vegetarian? – Yoga food is based on the idea that foods must be consumed in their most natural forms in order to realize their true benefits. The yogic belief is that several health disorders can be traced to faulty nutrition, poor diet and difficulty in digestion. The big Idea? – In order to stay healthy and happy “food should be digested very easily”! A vegetarian yoga diet ensures that all faculties of digestion work smoothly—absorption, assimilation, and elimination. The diet also contains high amounts of fiber and antioxidants. Yoga food helps to maintain a strong and healthy body, a stress-free mind, and a positive spirituality in our complex lifestyles. The benefits of a well-balanced vegetarian diet can be powerful.
You will experience a complete new energy level by adding a healthy food diet to your yoga practice.
Daily vegetarian breakfast/brunch and vegetarian dinner on 4 evenings are included in your package.
On purpose you will have a few evenings free to choose if you would like to eat in one of the great food places around the retreat center or in Lisbon.
Optional you can always book extra vegetarian dinner in the center every day.

Motivational speaker and yoga teacher since 2004 was born in Germany and grew up between Germany, Greece and Serbia.
After she studied sports in 1997 , Silvia started to practice yoga in 2002 and became a dedicated yoga practitioner over the last 15 years.
Her classes focus on providing an experience that is physically, mentally, and emotionally transformative.In her classes and workshops she uses her lighthearted and playful approach to encourage people to practice to the fullest.
Silvia is not only known for her great teachings but also for her ability to read peoples bodys in and out of her classes.
